I love the music video shorts that appear on Instagram. I had to watch a full live version of this one. Wish you all a happy new year. x

I haven’t watched the Norah Jones portion but the Hurray For the Riff Raff one is the shit.

If you haven’t done so already I highly recommend checking out Fancy Gap’s debut album from last year. Here they are performing in Raleigh, NC on NYE.

This is so breathtaking. Hadn’t heard of Noah Cyrus but this duet with Jake Bugg is magic. Both have unique voices and the collaboration is just so beautiful. I think this is maybe the 2nd time I’m seeing Jake without a guitar. Loving this so much right now.

I started following Tom White on Instagram a while back, she is amazing, plays some real good guitar covers. I recently found out she has also written & produced her own music.

Just love this song. Two different, but brilliant versions:

S.G. Goodman was recently a guest on WNYC’s Soundcheck where she performed three songs from her new record Planting the Signs which is out on the 20th of this month. This is among my most highly anticipated releases of the year. Of the three tracks performed here I’m finding myself most drawn to “I’m In Love.”
