When I was just a kid in the 70s it was a considerable amount of time before I became completely aware of Neil outside the context of being another sensitive singer/songwriter type in the vein of someone like James Taylor and started to become more aware of his work with Crazy Horse. Not to mention his many other connections to other bands and artists.
