Not really a present but one year for my birthday one of my older brothers made a birthday card where he Photoshopped me into a photo of the band from the Monster era. I’m a fan and a big one at that but I never wanted to a member of R.E.M. My brother’s heart was in the right place so I can’t really fault him for that but his idea of what being a fan is was obviously completely different than mine.
