Someone posted a picture on Facebook of the band emeritus in a restaurant, with Peter’s daughters, and a man and a woman I did not recognize. Another poster said that the woman was Mike’s wife, Jasmine, whom he married a few years ago.
May they have many happy years together!
I’m not sure if it’s the same one but this photo was posted on R.E.M.’s official BlueSky account with the following caption “Band family dinner this weekend before Peter’s show with Kevn Kinney.” At least one person that replied proceeded to identify everyone in the photo beyond the members of R.E.M. I have no idea if that info is accurate. Mainly, I just found it cool to see all of them together.
The dark-haired woman in the front is Zelda, and Zoe is sitting across from her dad. The blonde woman on the right-hand side is Mike’s wife Jasmine. Someone else said that the man next to Zelda is The Mister. (I saw the picture earlier on Facebook.)
Hard to believe Peter turns 70 this year.
