There’s lots of “R.E.M. Adjacent” here, not the least of which is Mike Mills followed closely by Mitch Easter, Peter Holsapple, Lynn Blakey (Let’s Active, Oh OK, etc.) and a host of others. I knew of their EP which was released back in the spring but let the follow-up to their first full length (released last month) sneak up on me.
