An album that helped me survive the deep emotional trauma I experienced in 2023: car wreck, loss of job, bankruptcy, and the all too real possibility of homelessness. This music along with the support of family, friends, and sometimes complete strangers helped me to persevere. Things are better now but I’m still struggling. I can only hope that slowly but surely, things will improve. Living in the darkest depths of despair and hopelessness is no way to live. I’m eternally grateful for my family and friends that have been so supportive. Not to mention the healing power of music.
