Is this rare? REM 1985

Hi Everyone

I bought an auction lot in 1999 and am currently downsizing as all kids have left home.

Came across this REM promo poster for a gig at State Theatre Kalamazoo back in 1985.

Cannot find an image on internet so wondered if anyone knew if this is RARE and if any have previously been sold.

Yes it is quite rare, I have the same poster, & got Peter & Mike to sign it a few yrs back - I’ve only seen a couple sold.

Any idea how much I should ask for it? Obviously not signed but I have someone who really wants to buy it.
