I think I’ve figured it out, it could be a rally with Bernie Sanders during the 2016 presidential election.

I’m way late to this one, but I was also going to say it looks like Bernie Sanders. And it looks like a few campaign signs in the audience. … And after a quick trip to Google and video confirmation (a really blurry video, but good enough), New Haven, CT 4/24/16.
