Trying to Find Peter & Neil Young Interview

Hi gang, I've been wanting read an interview from Musician Magazine that had a joint interview with Peter Buck and Neil Young in 1993. The magazine is available on ebay sometimes, but I don't want to pay $15 with shipping just to read an 8 page article.

Has anyone ever seen it online or posted here a long long time ago? Many thanks for your help!
