You guys are very welcome. Sometimes I really nerd out and have these fact-checking moments.

As far as I can tell, the Joe Perry session was never used for anything because the band and Jefferson Holt weren't happy with it. I think the "Cassette Set" demos originated entirely at Easter's studio.
I don't know for sure if the Joe Perry stuff was ever leaked, but it doesn't look like it. An interview with Perry that I found states that he doesn't think they have (interview was done in 2007, apparently).

Actually, I think the version on Eponymous, et. al. is by Mitch Easter and the Hibbert version is only available on the original 7" single. It's all explained here:
http://thepowerofind...-tape-rare.html
So, to summarize:
first version - mixed by Easter pre-overdubs, unreleased but leaked by TPOIT blog in 2011
second version - mixed by Hibbert post-overdubs, released on the original 7" single
third version - mixed by Easter post-overdubs to compete with Hibbert mix, rejected by Hibbert for the 7", later released on Eponymous
And the 7" single version by Hibbert is not available digitally, to my knowledge.

I just wanna say that I love that Mad Season album to pieces. It's a treasure in my collection.

Yup, I also used to like Live. And now Ed is a douche and to be perfectly blunt, this makes me feel kind of embarrassed for Peter.
