Just tap water:(
I was told not to drink any alchol for a while by my piercer, it's not good for my newly pierced holes...This is much tougher to bear, not to drink, than the piercing pain :p Having some Sake at the end of the day is my cute little pleasure *sigh*

Um.. in an average day, about 4 mugs of tea, 4 mugs coffee, hot chocolate, some fresh orange, couple of glasses of red wine then maybe a whisky or sherry later on. If I'm working maybe a few plastic cups of water from the dispenser at the end of the corridor--an excuse to get away from the computer for a few minutes.
Enjoy yourself with no regrets :D

Which Merlot was it.....?
It was from the McGuigan winery (King Valley). I don't know if it's very famous but I like the wine really much. They have a superb Cabernet Sauvignon, too. I'm not a wine connoisseur but I know what I like.

I like Red Stripe, but I find that it can be very hit and miss in that it seems like you can get a skunky batch more often than most beers I get.

non-alcoholic. I prefer regular coke, but since I'm trying to lose weight i am trying to avoid it. I dirnk lots of water, and homemade decaf iced tea. I like juices, and sometimes drink diet soda ( Diet black cherry vanilla Coke, or berries and Cream diet dr. pepper.

every three or four beers i enjoy a hearty shot of tequila w/ three drops of tabasco. none of that lemon/salt ceremony.
In the US, this shot (tequila w/Tobasco) is called a Prarie Fire. It is common to give it people on their 21st birthday, or to future-grooms at their bachelor party. It's almost a punishment.
My buddies and I had a NCAA bracket on yahoo.com with the loser having to drink a Prarie Fire the next time we were all together. Of course I lost, but everyone ended up joining my for one. Those things gag the crap out of me. I like Tobasco, but I'm not good with tequila. For a moment, that evening, I thought that Prarie Fire was coming back up.
CURRENTLY DRINKING:
Light beer
Diet Coke
The game of love was all rained out.

I would just like to urge all of you diet-soda drinkers to STOP. If you don't want the sugar of regular sodas, drink water, drink tea, whatever...just stop putting fake-ass sugar in your body, 'cause it's poison. Maybe it causes cancer, maybe it doesn't, but it is definitely not good! Not to mention the crap taste! And Splenda, the new 'made from sugar' alternative, is closer in chemical structure to DDT than it is to sugar. Please. I'm not trying to be an asshole or boss anyone around, and I'm sure as HELL not claiming to be a paragon of good health. I just hate to think of good people poisoning themselves in this manner whilst they think they're doing something healthy. Lurve.

margaritas. Mmmmm.... a margarita on the rocks. Mmmmmm....
Generally, I drink bottled water and coffee (the half caffinated stuff, doctor's orders).
Right now I am drinking unsweet (iced) tea from McAlister's.
Beer: Um, well, we have pretty crap choices for beer in the south, at least we do in Mississippi. I generally order a Blue Moon or Becks. There is a brewery in Jackson, MS, so if I am at a bar with their been on tap, I order a Southern Pecan (I forget the name of the brewery).
My favorite beer is Spotted Cow from New Glarus brewery in New Glarus, Wisc. Most stuff I have had from Capital Brewery in Middleton, Wisc., was good as was everything I ever had from The Great Dane brewpub. I would also sometimes buy stuff from a brewery in Lake Mills. It may have been the Lake Mills Brewery. Sprecher in Milwaukee makes a good amber called Sprecher Amber (naturally). Sprecher also brews some yummy root beer.
So, um, yeah...

Yo Biz, you have McAlister's? So do I! Only been once, though, ages ago...
Bacardi Vaníla and Dr. Pepper. That's what I'd have if I had some Bacardi Vaníla.

McAlister's started in this town.
They are my favorite fast-food type place in town. They have a separate vegetarian menu.

Never heard of McAlister's.
I just tried a Blue Moon the other day, I liked it. It's similar to a Hefeweizen.

Blue Moons are pretty basic. Up north they drink them with lemon, down here they don't do that.
I was going to say that McAlister's was a southern chain, but then I looked at their website and noticed they had restaurants in Michigan. But it started in the south. http://www.mcalistersdeli.com/

Sandwich looks good on that site.
I am used to them serving hefeweizen or similar styled beers with lemon here, but at the Yard House where I went to they actually had a small slice of orange with the Blue Moon.
