Concert flyers from Around the Sun Tour

Did anybody pick up any of the concert flyers that were given out at a particlaur gig somewhere around the world ?

Have picked up a few from various UK / European dates but have started to see others given out in other countries before shows, with different colour schemes and designs.

Wanna trade if you have some.

Also, am trying to improve on my concert ticket stub collection. Anybody feeling generous / have a spring clean and need some space or looking for something that we could trade ?

God I'm missing the REM tour 'bandwagon'.........

Thanks, haven't been around much lately but Iam starting to miss the whole REM thing..so I thought I get back on. Hope Tim is fine and that you have loads of cool memories of the tour.

Yes I do just mean REM ticket and flyers, bit of a collector-holic with my REM stuff, ya know. I put an ebay auction up a few weeks ago asking for other collectors to get in touch for possible trading and I've had quite a good response so hopefully should start be able to add to my collection pretty soon.

So if you know anyone who has some bits and bobs to trade please let me know.

I only have the one from Hong Kong that a friend have sent me. Only one copy though.

Flyers or concert posters? If you mean posters remhq.com has some of those for sale. I have one from their 2004 Ryman show (which is also my avatar) but I guess they never put it up for sale since it's a Hatch print.

That's funny because I was sent 5 copies of the Hong Kong flyer from someone who went to the show, there does seem to be a lot of them going around for this date.
and yes they are exactly the same as your avatar.
The blue green colourings on these look good but some issues in other countries were produced with different colour scheme, mainly why I decided to start collecting them (and due to the fact that I'm a bit of an REM nut)...........

Mostly just the flyer's and tickets, mainly because they are smaller and easiler to display (and as I have run out of wall space for posters)
Though, I did get a few from HQ of the shows that I went to, which are proudly displayed along with the ticket of the show.

I hope you don't mind me using your thread to ask this, but there are a couple of those limited edition posters that sold out before I had enough money to snap them up, I got my third choice but I would really love to get hold of the limited edition Brisbane poster, as well as the poster that kind of had a sihouette of some grass on it, I can't remember the show and the ones that sold out aren't on the HQ website anymore. If anyone has one or both of these that they want to sell or knows anyone who does, I would be really interested to buy them, I know its a long shot, but I REALLY like the artwork on both of those posters. Please PM me.
