I'm not really crazy about this cut from their latest record, A Blessing and a Curse but this clip shows a glimpse at their new stage set up with their album artist Wes Freed's crows. It's also noteworthy since it shows the Truckers in their full line up with John Neff on pedal steel (Neff has been on nearly, if not all of their records [with the exception of the live album Alabama Ass Whuppin']). In addition guitarist/vocalist Jason Isbell is on keys.

I did finally get to hear his sweet pedal steel playing when Patterson and the Screwtopians (which also includes DBTs drummer Brad "The EZB" Morgan) when they were through here (NC) not long ago.

The Cure - "The Dragon Hunters Song" (Opening Credits soundtrack to French Futurikon cartoon, Dragon Hunters, 2004)
Quite fun...my first time hearing this myself. Nothing hugely spectacular, but catchy.
If this reminds you of the song, "Taking Off", from the most recent self-titled Cure album, it's not your imagination...the two tracks sound very similar to me..."The Dragon Hunters Song" is basically a more upbeat version of "Taking Off".

that's where we say "how typically French"... they make their own cartoon in French, but name it in english, and have the Cure to make the theme...
