Just an update on this. I finally received my copy of it but I'm having problem playing it on both of my computers as well as my stand-alone DVD player. I have contacted the donor of this show but if anyone can help me figure what's the problem then please let me know. Below is my problem:

First I tried playing it on my stand alone DVD player and it says "no disc", then I decided to use my computer DVD rom and it won't even open it. Usually it will
prompt to Power DVD to play it but nothing happened. So, I tried to manually read the disc on D: drive ( which is my DVD rom) by clicking the properties. By doing this it says the disc is full but it has '0 bytes"? I've tried this on two computers already.

Whenever I have problem playing a burned disc I usually use DVDshrink to rip it without compression but that won't read the disc, too. As well as DVD Decrypter.

sometimes Isobuster (data recovery tool for cds and dvds) can read such dvds.
It is free, so perhaps worth a try (http://www.isobuster.com/)

It could be that when the data was burnt to disc the actual burning session didnt quite complete.  I had this problem last year - the burn ran its course but didnt quite complete - althought initially the responses were that it had.  Although the CD  had clearly burnt (from looking at it) neither the PC or any player coudnt actually 'see' anything.
It could be something like that.

Sometimes things just do not work.  I have had this same issue with discs burnt. My best solution would be to keep on trying different computers.

I've installed this sofware and now the disc is reporting as "blank disc". Thanks for the suggestion, btw. I'll still try this disc on different players and computer but Gary told me that he will be posting another copy to me.

Did he put one of those CD Sticker Covers on the DVD-R? Sometimes I am not sure how successful those are. You change the weight as well as put friction on the DVD-r and its possible that they have problems reading in DVD Players.

I have had problems with Gary's DVD-Rs playing in one of my computers.

No, the disc didn't have the sticker on it but it has a handwritten "Iconoplay" on it. I have a DVD from Gary that has a sticker on it but I didn't have problem playing it.

Yes and thanks to Gary for sending me a replacement copy. Just a note though, his replacement copy still have some problem as it freezes up every now and then. What I did is use DVDshrink to re-rip it with 'no compression' to see if it will fix the problem. It looks like it did.
