As I keep getting older I find myself thinking will I find love before it's too late? Few years back I had my fortune told. And it was with 3 persons at 3 areas and they all said the same thing. I will find true love in my 40's so at least I still have hope. Any thoughts or words

Love has no age francy.
Don't worry, you are a nice and sweet person: I am sure that somewhere someone is waiting for you.
Maybe you don't have to always think about this: when it will be the time, it will happen!

Ps: but maybe... if you send your cd.... !:) :) ;) ;)

I think the great thing about getting older is that you come to value yourself in a whole new way. No matter whether or not you're in a committed relationship, you start realizing just how much you've grown during your life and how great that is. It's certainly possible to find someone you love at this stage of your life or later; some of the happiest and most stable relationships I've seen are between people who met when they were, shall we say, fully mature. And I think that the self-knowledge and confidence that many older women have attracts people to them.
Donna

A gentle rain falls on me,
And all life folds back into the sea.
We contemplate eternity
Beneath the vast indifference of heaven.

What Donna said. And the strange thing about not looking for it (like Becca said) is that especially then it will find you, when you expect it the least. And yes, it is no question of age whatsoever.

Love & a relationship were the very last things I wanted and expected for myself after a long and horrendous split, but...........oh well, nevermind :p

Good luck Frances :)

they have already said all !
you are not a teenager anymore, now you really know what you want and what you need.
As Silvy said, there's no age for love ....

I think you're lucky, you certanly enjoyed your life and made your experiences till now,
you're a nice and sweet person, and people here (and certanly out of here) are showing it to you .. I was very young when I met my first boy, and when we broke up I suddenly found the person who now is my housband... I am happy and serene, but sometimes I regret not to have done what the girls at 20 years use to do... I would have travel more, I would have made 6:00 in the morning sometimes, maybe I would have follow REM during the whole european tour this year !!
What I want to say is: not necessarily it's a disadvantage, to spend the youngest year of your life as a "single"...
;)
Pick up here and chase the ride
the river empties to the tide
nothing is going my way...

Three years ago I dumped my on=again off=again boyfriend because he had started freelancing as a drug dealer. Any behavior that tends to get me locked up, fails to amuse me. And I haven't dated since. Nope, not even once. Difficult at myage. Most men my age are midlife crisis and dating their friends' daughters. A couple years later, they're dating their Jaguar. Only interested in woman if she represents "a good deal." In other words, she has money, etc., and is willing to spoil him. I would still love to have a man to hang out with. Someone with great joie de vivre & a sense of humor. I think it's still possible. So good luck, MizMills.   ---- Thursday

Miz Mills why wouldn't anyone want a wonderful woman like you? You have a great personality, you seem to have alot of good things to say, and you have decent taste in music. Personally I think you are the ideal woman. { I am not making a pass at you by the way. I am just speaking what I think is the truth.}

Oh hell no! You like Linkin Park? Well you know if you look through my music collection you can see that I like REM, Ozzy Osbourne, Nirvana, and Black Label Soceity ETC. You may also be able to figure out I hate todays popular music! I really only like System of a Down, Weezer, and Crystal Method. Those are the only bands that I like in today's shitland music industrie. Though thanks for the thought!:)
