just to make sure, it are the artist, in this case chris billheimer who signed them then and not R.E.M.

Oh? Thanks for that info., I was actually surprised that the band signed all those posters and they didn't disappear faster.

i ordered seattle and berkeley  ('cause they were shows i went too... if i were going on pure looks... it would be the cardiff -sp?- one....)

but now im really stressed that i chose the wrong shipping and that they are gonna penalize me for it, and then im gonna lose my order... and then i'll have to email the offices in tears saying "im sorry, im dumb, and as far as i understood it only gave  one option for shipping in the us...."

blah

shit.
i just realized i forgot to order the damn tray so now im gonna have to pay a new shipping charge for that...

damnit.

I still had a difficult time finding the posters.  Well, I did finally find them.  Go to "Store" and then to "Miscellaneous."  NOt all of the posters for every show are up, but there are some good ones.  I personally like Osaka, Japan.

My poster from the Boston show arrived today. It's super wrinkled though... there's 4 major creases that run horizontally across the poster. I looked at the tube it was shipped in, but that was unharmed.

Any suggestions about what I should do? I'm upset because I really wanted to frame this.

Yeah, they should. I had posters ordered from the first set, and when they arrived one of them was all bashed up. They'd basically packed them in a little brown paper wrap, and then put that into a pointlessly massive tube so that the posters just banged about inside it all the way to my house and the edges got smashed. I emailed them, they were very helpful and replaced it for me super-quick. Very good of them.

That's how my poster was packaged as well. I think the brown paper in the top actually did more harm than good - whoever packaged it smushed it in and consequently bent an entire side of the poster.

Impressive.  I hope that they still have copies of the Boston show poster...

Thanks for the advice. :)

damn, i just logged on to ask if anyone knew how the thriftstore delt with damaged goods.

i ordered three posters, all of which are totally crunched on one end, and then slightly wrinkled on the other.

and the tube is in pristine condition. :(

i think that brown wrap has a lot to do with it.

damn damn damn.

i have emailed the thriftstore already, am now awaiting a response.

Good luck, Heather.  I once accidentally ordered a children's Large instead of an adult Large t-shirt, made the realization the next day, tried several times to get in touch with them to made the change, and, well.... let's just say, these days, if I want to show my love for the band, I'd better wax first.
