Can't wait to see these. I have one from the Nashville show (see avatar) and would love to have one from the Atlanta show. That is, if there is one. I don't recall seeing one for sale at the concert itself.

"We were listening to the UNC radio (station) there and they were playing an R.E.M. song. I like R.E.M. fine, but at the end of it, the DJ says, 'Ya that was R.E.M., the sound of the new South'. I looked at my roommate and we said, Gawd, if that's the sound of the new South, I preferred it when it was on the skids. That's how we got the name."

These look like they are going to be very cool. I hope to score one for the Pittsburgh show. I need a poster in my apartment from this tour. :D

I think the last thing my house needs is more R.E.M. paraphernalia, but I WANT.

Yep, I am rapidly running out of wall space but I'll have to get Atlanta and New York at least. And I bought a couple of European posters of shows I didn't even go to, just because I liked the poster so much.

That's me in the spotlight.

Awesome!!! This will make a great addition to the many photos already gracing the walls of my office. My coworkers think I'm obsessed but they just don't understand!!! :)

Yeah, some people just don't get it. I have pictures from the Detroit 2003 show up on my walls, as well as a postcard and an R.E.M. sticker...my coworkers just don't understand. :p ;)

Drver Nate. Was that Nashville poster done by Hatch Show Prints? I love their work. Have you been there? Really cool print shop. I got a Johnny Cash poster from there. They have some really cool stuff.

Sweet... and just in time for moving back into my place up at school, too. I've still got my "Guided by Voices" and "Trail of Dead" show posters from last fall, and hopefully a few to pick up at Austin City Limits Festival this September, but one from the Denver show would be swell!

Yes, it was. They also did the one for their show at Raleigh in 1999 but they are particularly hard to find. That poster is the one that set Stipe off about that concert being sponsored by Winn-Dixie when he saw it while visiting Chapel Hill. Instead the profits from the concert being set aside for Winn-Dixie, they went to a charity of the band's choice instead and we got a great rant out of Stipe at the show during which a lot of pro-Piggly Wiggly sentiments were shared by all.

Am I the only one who thought the posters were a bit on the pricey side £20 or something.
A bit much for some people (ME) perhaps
Am I alone on this?
