a phone charger. I want to sell one and need a charger to get £21 cash or £28 in CEX voucher.
should I take cash or get a voucher?
*If I lose my phone or want to replace I'll probably buy/exchange it at CEX.

Voucher, if you take the cash you might be tempted to spend it on something else!

I won't answer that. Right and wrong are convoluted structures of modern society. Agonizing over it, though, makes for a great story.
