I need to know if Mike Mills is Married. I need to shut a friend up because she thinks that Mike is gay.  I totally doubt that, but you never know.

LOL amen Ethan, but some of us just can't leave well enough alone. LOL I just couldn't believe that anyone who pays as much attention to women as Mike could swing that way.
Those of us that just HAVE to pry and read every Mills-related article might be wont to comment that a) Mike has a son, b) several fans have mentioned seeing him with a girlfriend/girlfriends? and c) Mike is not married although I think I've seen someone mention that he wears a 'friendship' ring. LOL OK this may be a bit personal but Mike DID talk about it in an article, so it can't be THAT personal that we can't mention it.
UHh anything else I won't talk about. lOL except one more thing--I forget who it was, I think some Norwegian fans, that mentioned Mike paying attention to some cute female fan, and generally enjoying the attention of his female fans (may or may NOT be true)
And I'm still wondering whose idea it was to snog--Mike or Michael's.
And, this is pretty common knowledge among Mike's fans--he was arrested in the early 1980's in Athens for 'cavorting' up in the water tower with a naked woman.

Nope Mike is a straight man all the way.  But he supports gay rights.

I know someone who said they saw Mike with his girlfriend at the 40 Watt Club I think in 2002.

I think every famous person at one time or another has been accused of being gay regardless if they were actually gay, straight or somewhere in the middle.  It's good for gossip so people make up stories.  

Mike adores women.  When I met him he was just beaming with light at the women around him.  

I'm thinking Peter is next in line to be accused of this as well.  LOL!

LOL that's what I love about Mike. He really seems to ENJOY being a famous cutie bass player, and the attention the ladies give him :) It's so refreshing to see a star who actually enjoys attention instead of either going nuts (a la Courtney Love), or getting hateful and reclusive (LOL also a la Courtney Love. I'm sure I could think of more people)

Thanks for your replies.  I now know what to tell Her.  I guess she is just jealous that she cannot fall for a wonderful guy like Mike.  I mean...everyone is married to him.  I am happy with the crush I have because I don't have a problem slipping into a fantasy, if you know what I mean.

A while back, someone e-mailed me through the website claiming to be a friend of :mike: 's, who told me that no, he has never married but that Julian is indeed his son.

If he really, really wanted us to know, he would tell us.

I believe Mike introduced Julian a to the audience at one of the outdoor shows in '98(99? around then) as his son. So I don't think we need any further proof about that. Married, single, who cares, as long as he's happy.

Michael and Peter lovers? I think them rumours started a long while ago when sometimes when they got a little bit of stick, Peter and Michael would kiss. I remember seeing an interview with Mike Mills about this. They played at an army base and the crowd was like 'faggot this and faggot that' to enrage them more they kissed periodically. Now that is cool.

As for Mike. I never knew whether he was gay, straight or bi. But whatever he is, is doesn't change my opinion of him, nor is it any of my business really.

He did that at the Redrocks show, in Colorado.  :)  My friend had binocs so she got to see him, but I didn't.  :(

Yeah, I remember he was climbing on the rocks behind the stage when you told me that. He was introduced later in the show.
