I'm sorry to hear that :( Perhaps trying  to talk to her some more and trying to figure why she did this and hurt you like this might help to figure out the reasons. It might help you to get out your hurt and show her that you want to trust her, and also break down barriers that can really build up under circumstances like this. Good luck to you. P.S. Hundreds of opposition party officials and members were arrested and held incommunicado, preventing them from attending nationwide demonstrations that were planned for 2 October. Several of those detained, have reportedly been beaten in detention, and all the detainees are at risk of torture or ill-treatment. Amnesty International believes that those arrested may be prisoners of conscience, detained solely because of their non-violent opinions.

A female domestic worker has reportedly been sentenced to 150 lashes for becoming pregnant outside of marriage in the United Arab Emirates. The woman was sentenced by a Shari'a (Islamic) court of law, after the result of a forced pregnancy test was positive. The ordered flogging violates her right against torture and cruel, inhuman or degrading punishment, and is a form of gender-based violence. Help stop the ordered flogging immediately.

A much awaited schedule for the disarmament, demobilization and reintegration (DDR) process was agreed upon on July 9, 2005 by the Ivorian government and the Forces Nouvelles who are controlling the North of the country. The scheduled DDR was to take place by October, 2005 in time for the next elections. However, the DDR has not taken place and the elections have been postponed.
