I don't know why I'm fascinated with these things... when a record company puts out a remaster of an old album, someone has to go through and reassemble all of the pieces of artwork. It looks like whoever put Fables back together couldn't find the original burning book photo for the album cover. The 2010 remaster uses a different frame, a bit earlier judging by the state of the book. Click on the picture to see an animated gif of the two covers.

I'm just weird. I compare different book editions too.
From Out of Time on, Warner must have digital files because the DVD-A remasters have identical artwork. Green's art was reconstructed for DVD-A. Someday I'll scan those...
