I've got say this is a really good arrangement. I love the starkness of it, Bill's percussion, the slide guitar. I'm not sure a studio version would top it.

Terrific. How come the song got sidelined? Last time I heard it was in Dublin for the NOT A SHOW rehearsal.
Also, this video pisses all over the flaccid crap "art films" that were made for CIN.

Good question.
I would have loved the song to be on collapse into now, but my opinion wasn't so popular at the time.
Also, Ethan said that a studio version of the song exists, but it "doesn't go anywhere". I still don't
have a clue what that means
