these days, I'm trying to make some dishes by myself. Actually i don't have enough time to make something to eat at home and i can't stay at home much time so i usually eat out with my friends or coworkers. I usually have a light meal like sandwitch or fast food. But one day one of my coworker started to bring his lunch that he made and he recommend it to me.

i got a recipe book from my foreign friend to cook something. I decided to make my lunch twice a week in spite of short free time. First thing that i challenged was rice balls, I made it as my lunch. it's quite easy to make compared to other dishes. I just mixed rice with little oil and tuna and mayonaisse. It was good. I'd like to challenge vietnam cuisine like fried noodles next time.

I like sandwiches for lunch.  When I'm home I like grainy bread, cheese or whatever meat I have and salad plus mayo.   If I'm on the run in between jobs during work I'll stop at Subway or a Vietnamese snack bar and get one of their filled bread rolls. Sometimes I'll get some sushi if there's a sushi bar on my route.  I'd like to bring a packed lunch to work, would save money doing so but I never seem to get up early enough and preparing it the night before it tends to go soggy by the next day.

I've decided to start forgoing them. Skipped my first one today except I've still got a few tinned soups and some tinned corned beef, tuna and spam, real spam :D to go through then I'm forgoing them for 3 or 4 days a week so I can afford better eve. meals by better eve. meals I mean microwave meals from Asda rather than the £1 one's at Iceland. i was going to live off those but having tried one the other night have decided I'd rather eat  nice eve meals that costs a bit more and forego some dinners* than  cheap crap Icleand meals and be able to afford dinner's every day too. I've set myself a £25 a week living allowance . I'll surive...might even loose a bit of weight!!

*that's what people where I come from call what most people call Lunch. i don't like saying lunch 'cause it sounds too posh.
