What a dire performance on Saturday   Glad we're not fighting relegation

Mid table, going nowhere, a strange feeling, usually we're at one end or the other with all to play for.

Away to Birmingham on Saturday, then home to  Southampton on Easter Monday. Looking forward to that, hoping they play beautiful football, like their managers previous club (Scunthorpe) did under him.

Show's how much we're missing Gardner in defence, he's out for the season, hopefully McShane will be back soon.

Only four games left now, Ipswich (H), Portsmouth & Reading both away (not sure in what order ), then ending with Cardiff at home. So we might not be going anywhere but we can play a role in both the promotion and relegation battles.

On thing to cheer up about though, an certain ex-Palace player, who left to improve his bank balance, well he's certainly not improved his career, is now bench sitting in League 2, after League 1 sent him back to his parent club after signing him on loan for the rest of the season, must have really created an impression on them

So John Bostock now can't even get into a league 2 side, hope the bank balance makes it worth it

Penultimate home game of the season, on Saturday. Against Ipswich, another so called family day with Kids for a quid when an adult ticket is bought before Saturday. Should up the crowd a bit.

Glad safety is guarenteed this season as we seem to be in free fall at the moment.

Drawing at home, 1-1,  to Ipswich  (goal Chris Martin), then losing 2-1 at Portsmouth (goal Darren Ambrose (penalty)).

Away to Reading on Saturday, as they are already up perhaps they might consider being gentle with us

A 2-2 draw at Reading was a good result, excellent by our form of late

Last game of the season on Saturday, home to Cardiff, so we could still have an effect on the play offs!

Oh well, 17th is an improvement on last season.

We'll have to see if Clyne and Zaha are here next season.

But there is an optimism around Selhurst Park that hasn't been there for a while.

The chairmen seem in it for the long run, and Dougie has their support and that of the fans.

Popovic has returned to Australia, to manage a new side in Sydney.

Jonathan Parr won the Player of the Season award, well deserved after his 73 game season! Still not over as he's in the Norwegian squad to face England before the European Championships.

Wilfried Zaha retained the Yoing Player of the Season award.

Mile Jedinak is in the Australian squad, and Lewis Price and Jermaine Easter are in the Welsh squad.

I wonder who Dougie will bring in to replace Popovic?
