And it was a recordbreaking run, our longest spell without conceding EVER! Yes that's EVER! So congratulations to Dougie and the boys, and hopefully they can recharge their batteries over the International break.

Signed striker Chris Martin ( ) from Norwich, on loan, hopefully he'll invigorate our forward line which has been a bit quiet of late!

Andy Dorman off to Bristol Rovers on loan, he's never settled into the side.

Oh well at least we kept a clean sheet, and Murray played so well (apart from the penalty miss ).

Now thanks to bl**dy sky         we've two games in 48 hours, love to hear Fergusons views on this if it happened to Utd!

Away to United on Wednesday, Carling Cup 1/4 final, then Friday night home to Derby County.

In fact our next Saturday home game isn't until 14th January 2012, unless we get a home draw in F.A. Cup 3rd round!

What a week for Paddy McCarthy, gives away a penalty at Old Trafford , but we still win , then an own goal back at Selhurst Park in the draw with Derby County

Up to 10th after Friday's result, down to 12th after the games on Saturday

Away to Barnsley tomorrow night, game postponed from last week due to 1/4 final game.

Oops! Another loss in the league, but it was the third game in seven days, well if the big teams can moan about too much football, why can't we!

Down to 13th in the table, but still a vast improvement over our position last year!

A league win at long last.

0-1 at Forest, Glenn Murray scoring the valuable goal. Takes us back into the top half of the table, which is wonderful considering where we were last year

Next game is Monday evening, due to TV   at home to Birmingham City.

Good win last night, well deserved, KG doesn't get forward that often but thankfully he did last night.

Moved us up to 8th in the table

Two away games next, at Southampton on Boxing Day, then against the Millwallies on the Saturday. Home to Leicester on the 2nd of January.

Mixed set of results over the Festive games.

A 2-0 loss at Southampton, on Boxing Day, well they are/were top of the table  

A 1-0 WIN at the Millwallies on New Year's Eve, goal by Easter

A 2-1 loss at home to Leicester City   goal by Johnny Parr, but we should have had a least one penalty awarded to us and they were lucky to only have one player sen off for mouthing off to the officials.

FA Cup 3rd round this weekend, away at Derby County.

That virus hac decimated us, looking at the team (and substitutes) for Saturday's game, only one player could be considered a first team regular, Wright, and he's been out injured since early December. Garvan & Parr (and Price) are often on the subs bench, but the others were either loanees, players who don't normally make the squad or youngsters.

Hopefully Dougie will have more players available for the semi-final 1st leg tomorrow, if not it's just as well it's a two leg semi-final, because if they can hold on tomorrow night, a hopefully fully recovered squad could give it a good go in a fortnight.

Wondering if KG has been called up for the African Cup this month?

He played on Tuesday night, so that answers that!

Well we're taking a lead back to Cardiff for the second leg   means they'll have to go for it could leave some gaps at the back.
What ever happens the boys have done good, to think twelve months ago we were in the relegation area and sinking fast.

The team we put out against Blackpool showed where our priorities lie, this season, and they very nearly held out on Saturday, until Blackpool's triple substitution
