Edit: I got a decent explanation.

What happened to my thread about the Spotify preview? Explanation required, asked and demanded, Ethan.
Either this is an official page or a fan forum. On fan forums fans can post news they find. On official pages the record company or band management decides what is appropriate to be posted. If there is a good reason to remove anything then an explanation is seen as pretty polite. Why should I otherwise bother?
Thank you.

It is clear however, that not many folks are all that ecstatic about Ethan's friend's blog. Not in light of the new album coming very soon that is. The blog is well done I guess, but....well, it is what it is... personal and random musings sparked by songs someone is listening too. I'm sure it is awesome for all her friends to read. Nice of Ethan to support her here.

Glad you got the explanation you deserved...I'm sure it was a good enough one, and that there will be the "official" announcement here soon enough. From what I understand Murmurs has been the official band blog for years now and goes through WB and the band now. I hope that after this WB deal, that R.E.M. HQ gets the redesign it so poorly needs, and it might be cool if Murmurs was somehow officially linked with it.
