Nice.
They're pretty far off mark with the Scandinavian lutfisk ("lye fish") though...
It's certainly not caustic when eaten.

Lutefisk sounds like eating oven cleaner. and it's more popular in US of A??? you white folks are more adventurous with food than i thought. btw, there's a chick alternative for people who don't like pre-born duck. it tasted like dark meat.

If I could bring myself to not think about ants while eating it, I'd love to try escamoles! It looks tasty. Kind of like beans.
