Hi,
Not sure if i'm posting at the right place...

I'm trying to renew my fan club membership online, but get the following error:

"Your credit card has been refused for the following reason

(10) - Transaction error.


please click the button below to try again"


I have tried two different credit cards, two different computers and three different browser.
So... is it only me?

I didn't do a renewal last time, but bought a new membership, but it went through okay with my credit card etc.

Here is the help info from the confirmation email I got in case you want to contact them, I think Sandbag are usually pretty good at getting back to people:

If you have a query regarding your goods or this e-mail then you can

I have recently renewed by credit card and it worked like a charm.

The sandbag website has an FAQ for this and they give some advice. Not sure if that's what your problem was.
