Originally broadcast in the RockPop (or PopRock?) series on Bavarian Rundfunk, but this is definitely from a rebroadcast as the info-notes at the bottom of the screen refer to the "Out of Time" album.
This was previously seeded here (late 2004?) as volume 3 in a 3-part series called The Early Years. Because that DVD also included a couple of official promo videos, I took out the vob-file with this concert footage and turned it into a separate DVD. Absolutely no re-encoding took place, I only added a new menu in TMPGEnc DVD Author 1.6.

Audio: LPCM audio, 2 channels, 1536 kbps
Video: 352 x 288, MPEG-1, 1.16 Mbit/s
Audio is definitely lossless (see screenshot in the comments), but video-specifics hint at VCD. Still this is good to watch. I have consulted with the Dime mods about this seed and they are OK with it. So these are the songs you're getting:
