I am guessing he doesn't fly often. Can you imagine the metal detectors going berserk? It would take him forever to take all the face furniture out, And, he might as have well tattooed "I DON'T DO KISSING" on his forehead.

She is totally in the wrong, but I don't think you can sue a 17 year old. Which is why tattooists and piercing places should be careful about getting parental consent and/or proof of age. She probably has no money of her own, and isn't legally an adult. Compensating the guy will most likely fall to her parents and I suspect they will also be footing the bill for getting the redundant 53 stars off her mug. Maybe they should make her get a job and sort her own shit out.

OK, conflicting reports on this girl's age. The tattoo artist believed she was 18, but other sources say 17. If she's 18, then she absolutely should compensate the tattooist. And it's sad he's learned the hard way that you need to get stuff in writing before you start doing work on some impulsive little flake, but there ya go.

And some fake ID's can be pretty good as well. It'd be hard to know in some cases if the person was 18 or not.

I have a question about laser tat removal. Does it leave marks?

yep, it does. red ones. *finds it hard not to laugh* according to a german news source her dad was present while she was having it done and had consented, btw. it's all a bit confusing.

So now she's going to have nice red marks all over her face. Lesson learned, I hope
