I suggest checking your settings... I'm still getting all my notifications - never had a problem with it since the crash, you know...

You checked your thread subscription page and it says you'll be notified? Or did you check your options page?
And did you try selecting another setting, then switching it back to notifcation and then saving? Sometimes that helps, you know...

what do you call whinging? In my first post I just asked for help, is that whinging?. Then your answer annoyed me because checking the settings was the first thing to do and I hate being patronised. Then I noticed the change in the thread's title and if I started whinging after that, it's all your fault. So, you're right, don't bother, thank you, bye.

checking the settings was the obvious thing to do in the first place, asking me if I'd done it was patronising. How many times do I have to repeat this? And I thought you didn't want to bother.

Uhm, dear... I think you mean the post title... the thread title can only be edited by supermoderators and admins... I don't even know if regular moderators can alter thread titles

but I started a NEW THREAD, didn't I? And I gave it a title and I expected it to stay the same.
I am still angry you've changed it, why would you do that?

You can give the post the title you want and it's not the same as changing the thread title which, btw, can only be done by moderators.
Aquila's thread title was not nice, but is it necessary to start fighting?
Eva, you try changing all your settings, save them, then change them again. It's a general glitch, but according to Mikethere's nothing wrong with the general settings of the boards.

Bless you, my child, for though you have sinned against the Dutchman, you have lightened my spirit and enabled me to leave the path of terror for the verdant fields of vengeance, though with no blood on my hands. For once. In The Corner
