One t-shirt I don't have any more is the one that said "The pilgrimage has gained momentum, murmurs.com".  It was a really good design, and I know it was designed by a murmursian (but I can't remember who....) as part of a contest.

Are those shirts still available to order?
Does anyone have a link to the design image or remember who designed it?

If you're referring to the contest held for the 10th year anniversary, I might have the entries saved somewhere in a disk, but I'd have to look it up. I'm asking because I think Rebecca (Wildwings) made something like that, it was a hand made sketch.

Wow, I never realized those shirts ever became actual products. I never heard a word about it beyond preliminary voting. What other designs were printed?

No, that wasn't the one I was thinking of.  Thank you for looking though, Andrea.  :)

The one I was thinking of was black and red, I think it might have had a picture of a train but I am not sure.  I think it was made for the tour in 2004 or 2005, I remember wearing it at the concert I went to.

Yes, same here, Kinsy!  I just thought the contest was sort of forgotten about...  actually I forgot about it too. :o

Edit: Wow Andrea, you remembered my drawing!  That's cool,I forgot about that; I think I have it in a folder somewhere at home.

you can look at cafepress.com and search for murmurs.
Some things will pop up there but probably not what you were searching for.

it was from the 2003 tour, with a bus, a train and another means of transport, probably a car.

Yeah, and let's have some new stuff too, please.  I recently realized that I forgot to wear my murmurs shirt ("that's me in the corner") to any of the recent concerts so I think I'll wear it to the Dallas one.  :)

Edit:  ooooh, while looking around on cafepress I found this:
http://t-shirts.cafe...shirt/101822583

pretty cute shirt.

I had one of the winners of the 10th anniversary contest, but it never made it to a t-shirt as far as I know.

Yup, that's the one!!  I really liked that shirt, but I don't have it any more.

I looked on the cafepress site and searched murmurs, but it's all only the new stuff.  :(

There was a number of designs based on the MURMURS REM pixel people and logo from a year or so ago that were never put up. The design didn't last long.

Sees remhq has gone pixel font now.

Wow!  I wonder why the "save the trestle" ones are still around and the 2003 tour ones aren't.  The trestle campaign was awesome!

They were up for a while, but seem to be gone now. I think that's more than a year ago, maybe four years?  I still have the REM pixel people mug.  :)
