A new story entry has been added:

Quote

On Sunday Night Live with Ben between 7pm and 10pm on 27 July, it's your chance to hear REM live in concert.
Exclusive to Virgin Radio and recorded in Dresden, Germany on 15 July 2008, you can hear all the hits from one of the world's biggest rock bands. It's a must-listen for any REM fan.

Thanks for the update. I flew on Virgin America airlines a couple of weeks back, and they have several REM selections available as part of their "featured artists" listening thingie, including stuff from the new album. That was nice to see/hear.

Sorry, it was late for me to edit that...

Disturbance was NOT broadcast.

A fiasco of what (in the Virgin website) was announced as "hear a full live concert". Not that I believed that for a minute. Murmurs was more accurate: "hear all the hits".

Yep, I agree with you. I was very disappointed yesterday that they only played one hour.

Does anyone have an idea what tool i can use to cut my recorded mp3?

Yeah well, but better than what they've broadcast before.
And why does REMHQ always claim that the concert would be streamed 'in its entirety'??
