mmmm, now i want caprese. cut my last bit of proper mozzarella into a salad the night before last, unfortunately. and the tomatoes were crap. time for some decent tomato and mozzarella shopping methinks, i adore caprese! :)

Supermarket own brand fruit and fibre cereal. Which is bleurgh, I don't know why I don't just pay the extra 50p and get the proper stuff...:rolleyes:

try lidl own brand, it's cheaper than tesco and nicer than kellogg's. i've had it for years.

nope! i just happen to love prune activias. and they do actually help keeping your tummy flat, amazingly enough.
