At home when I sort of should've stayed at school till half past three. Listening to Chronic Town. Autumn outside with naked trees, soaky grass covered with leaves. All peppered with melancholy and actually some form of beauty.
Not believing that anybody will see this in a while but how are things going these days? And should we still consider us teenagers in the same way as when this little bar was founded?
Its nice to see that murmurs is still running after all these years. It's my sixth year here or so and I've experienced quite a lot in here actually. As an appendix to R.E.M. it has followed me through my earliest teenage years - with its great and heart-felt people, funny threads, hatred debates (not really), jokes and joy.
I almost feel like raising a little glass of beer or wine or something to murmurs today. Almost.

Hello! I haven't been on Murmurs much lately. Things are going good here, but I'm pretty busy. How about you?
I guess when I turn 20 in December I won't be allowed in here. ;)

Hi! Yeah, it's been a long time since I visited frequently here. We'll see how that turns out in the upcoming future. A lot to do at school, doing a lot of writing and reading on the side. Such things. So I'm busy here too, but things are going okay. Enjoying the autumn.
I think we'll go by that "teenager in heart" feeling instead of counting years. :p

That just reminded me that I'll be 20 in May. GAH! I only have 6.5 months left to be a reckless teenager!

That depends on how you perceive adolscence/teenage years, doesn't it? Some say its from 13-19. Some say it last till your 21. And that's just concerning age - I believe many people are teenagers by heart for a long time. And good is that in a lot of ways.

I am a teenager. At this point it sucks, but once my BIG exams finish it will get much better. I too think people are teenagers at heart, as well as on the outside. :)
