R.E.M. at Apple Store, London, today

Tagged:

Fresh from their Royal Albert Hall show on Monday, R.E.M. tonight take the Accelerate promo activity to the Apple Store on London's Regent Street. The band is up about 9.15pm GMT. Like Monday, I hope to give another try-out another mobile broadcasting experiment so, Murmursians going, put a hand up and say hi. Others, check this video window later. Hit http://qik.com/robertandrews/ for chat or that URL plus http://www.youtube.com/parakeet/ for recordings.

For altogether better quality, the show will be recorded for broadcast on Xfm this coming weekend (web stream).

Edit: And here are the vids...

How did you get a ticket so late in the day? However you managed it well done! looking forward to seeing some clips, much appreciated.

Ha, how fab is this, the clips are coming thick and fast.

Is everyone sitting down there?? doesn't look like much movement from the crowd, though Scott had a nice bounce going on a minute ago.

Thanks for this, it's great!

i dont think i said i was ungrateful. i've had the pleasure of watching them play a number of times, and monday was the 2nd least enjoyable thats all.

compare the setlist monday and wednesday ... thats all i'm saying.

they could have thrown in a couple of those into the encore

but well, such is life ... roll on Twickenham
